Fundraising
We regularly organise fundraising events such as dinners, concerts, workshops and other kind of activities. Besides, our “Harvesting Melodies” traditional & ethnic music festival helps us collecting funds. 100% of the profits coming from these happenings directly supports our Outreach programmes.

 

Donation
As a Non-Profit Organisation, we mostly rely on donations from individuals, organisations and associations willing to support our projects. We realise that this task is quite laborious in these harsh economical times and that the financial crisis touches every country and every layer of the society; this is the reason why we always try to keep the cost of our projects as low as we can so that a maximum of children can benefit from our initiatives with a minimum of financial input!

 

Keeping the Foundation up and running implies covering certain administrative costs, such as the promotion of our events and workshops, a yearly financial audit, computer maintenance, employees' salaries... To be as effective as we can, we must ensure that the administrative and logistic sides of our projects are built on strong foundations. Therefore, a maximum of 10% can be used for administrative fees.

We commit to full and transparent accountability to our donors and will provide everyone with a copy of all bills as well as a detailed report (with pictures) from both the foundation and the school/orphanage/institution where we achieved the project. We also strongly encourage any donor to accompany us and help us developing or participating in the activities of the project. Any leftover money, after realisation of a project, will be entirely used for the next one.
